Review: Hard to find British shocker, with plenty of nods to "Psycho". Considered to be the very first British splatter film. A woman has two children, one's a mongoloid, and the other a homicidal maniac, jeez, talk about your bad luck. Hayley Mills befriends the lunatic, only to be hunted down by this chromosome defect.
