Review: A young politician campaigns to get marijuana legalized, and gets sucked into the counterculture hippie world of free sex, and plentiful pot smoking.  This very rare film is filled with filth, and depravity, including a woman who masturbates with a razor blade, shown graphically, and then blows herself away with a gun.  In English, no subtitles.  Quality B-
