Review:  A popular British rock star, loved by many, is used by the goverment to control rebellious teenagers, in this very rare sci-fi/cult film, with a great rock soundtrack.  Paul Jones,  formally with the band Manfred Mann, until he went solo, made his acting debut as rock star Steven Shorter.
